Eezy Transportation Terms and Conditions:

  1. Quotes provided by Eezy Transportation will be honored for 24 hours. After this time, the quote will be subject to change.
  2. Additional hours of service will be charged if the service exceeds the allotted time agreed upon at the time of booking.
  3. Overtime will be pro-rated at our standard hourly rate and charged after the service is provided.
  4. Alcohol is not permitted on board unless otherwise agreed upon. Sanitation fees will be charged in the event of any passenger getting sick and vomiting, starting at $300.00 and can go up to $500.00.
  5. Services that end earlier than expected will be charged the full amount, and no refunds will be given for unused hours.
  6. Eezy Transportation reserves the right to refuse driving on any roads that are restricted or unsafe for commercial vehicles at the driver's discretion. Alternate routes may be used if needed.
  7. The charter group is responsible for paying for all tolls, parking fees, and permits incurred during the service.
  8. Services that end earlier than expected will be charged the full amount, and no refunds will be given for unused hours.
  9. A clean-up fee of $50 will be charged whenever any food and/or beverages are brought on board.
  10. The driver has the right to terminate the service without a refund in the event of any blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). By using Eezy Transportation service, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Eezy Transportation Cancellation Policy:

 

  1. A minimum of 10 days notice is required for cancellations to avoid a 100% penalty.
  2. For Airport or Transfer Service, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
  3. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the scheduled pickup.
  4. Eezy Transportation is not responsible for passenger flights or trains which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy.
  5. In instances of flight or train disruptions, we will make every effort to provide prompt service and may be subject to waiting time fees, late cancellations or re-scheduling of service without detriment to our other reserved clients.
